Our white wines

Meursault PERRIERES 1er Cru : Apotheosis! Stony soil near old mines, a wine that will thrive with age. It is minerally, spicy, peppery and mighty: we can say that it is a structured wine. Its clarity is perfect; it has a delicate and delicious perfume. Its complexity allows it to be paired with lobster, lobster, foie gras, and venison.

Meursault CHARMES 1er Cru : It is an opulent wine, full, well rounded and convivial. It is fat, fleshy and enveloping. It combines finesse and balance, roundness and fruity. One can find aromas of honey and a creamy sensation. This wine goes particularly well with rich cuisine, for example: a fattened chicken, a Bresse rooster or again Fois gras.

Meursault PORUZOTS 1er Cru : It takes up only 11ha/43a/78ca of Les Boucheres. This is one of the best Meursault Premiere Crus, it presents a sort of natural severity but a good natured character. A complex wine, it often hints of flint without its cutting edge.
It goes perfectly with all shellfish and some hard cheeses such as Comte – cheese of the Cistercian Monks…
